Real-life story telling:
Real-life story telling features every day, ordinary people
and their real-life stories on the blog!
How it works:
We get together to do the interview (aka: just talk) and snap a few shots.
Then, I take the time to put together the content and add pictures.
Next, I send it to you to read it first so I can get your approval,
make sure that the facts are correct, and that you are comfortable with the content.
Last, I send it to a friend to get revised and proofread for grammar!
The Raves:
People who have been featured
on the blog have described their experience as:
"Fun!"
"An honor."
"Something they will always remember."
"A little scary, but don't let yourself get in the way, because it’s worth it!"
"It didn't seem like an interview, it was just laid back and some nice time of conversation."
"I usually don't like being in front of a camera, but I wasn't at all uncomfortable."
The goal:
The ultimate goal of real-life story telling is to simply reach and inspire.
If we could help, reach, or inspire at least one person through your story that's all we need,
and I promise you, it happens every time.
Reminders:
Please note that I do give full respect and do not include content
or material that may not be desired or comfortable for those featured.
Also, please remember that my real-life story telling is in fact a blog, but also an art.
I like to keep the content as accurate and authentic to our real conversation, which is where the art of it comes from.
Most importantly, I am super laid back and there is absolutely zero pressure and all fun!
People get anywhere from a little-to-super nervous before the blog publishes, which is perfectly normal.
I just ask that you take a leap of faith and see how God will move through your story!
You only live once, you know.
Publish times:
I aim for each blog to publish on the first Wednesday
of the month at 11:30 am.
